Izgalmas hírek érkeztek az Age of Empires franchise jövőjével kapcsolatban

A IV felvonás hamarosan konzolokon is debütál, plusz a Mythology megkapja végre felújított változatát.

Az RTS műfaj csillaga manapság már leáldozóban van és a rossz nyelvek előszeretettel használják a halott jelzőt rá, néha azonban felcsillan a reménysugár, hogy a fejlesztők nem felejtették el teljesen a zsánert. Nemrég például az idén 25 éves Age of Empires sorozat jelentkezett izgalmas hírekkel a születésnap apropóján és első körben bejelentették, hogy a IV. epizód egy terjedelmes ingyenes frissítéssel várja a játékosokat.

Érdekesség, hogy a Microsoft ezen kívül a konzolosok számára is készült némi jó hírrel és leleplezték, hogy az Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition és az Age of Empires IV. jövőre megérkezik Xboxra és az xCloud szolgáltatásba.

Végül, de nem utolsó sorban a spinoffnak számító Age of Mythology hosszú évek után megkapja a remaster változatát Retord alcímmel, még 2023-ban!
