Komoly meglepetéssel rukkolt elő a Gamerzone, de végül jött a papírforma - A mouz és a Tricked a V4FSF első továbbjutói!

Maratoni meccsnappal indult a 2019-es V4 Future Sports Festival.

Hosszú, de izgalmas napon van túl a 2019-es V4 Future Sports Festival CS:GO versenyének mezőnye. Véget ért a csoportkör első napja, nézzük is meg, hogy milyen eredményekkel zártak a csapatok.

A Virtus.pro és az Tricked nyitott a napot, ahol végül sokak meglepetésére a dán csapat tudta behúzni a meccset. Összefoglalónkat a IDE kattintva olvashatjátok. A gyors 2-0-ás mérkőzés után egy hasonló következett, igaz, itt simán benne volt a pakliban akár a harmadik pálya is.

A mouz és az E-Rivals csapatott, össze ahol bár a mousesports végül 2-0-val tudta megnyerni a mérkőzést, sokkal szorosabbak voltak a pályák, mint amire a végeredmény alapján gondolnánk. Az E-Rivals csapata nem csak a  nézőknek, de a mouz játékosainak is meglepetést tudott okozni. Dust2-t is remekül kezdték, igaA a második félidőben már nem sok keresni valójuk volt. Infernon viszont már egészen más játékot mutattak, ami végül nem vezette őket győzelemre, de 13-16-tal tudták megszorongatni a címvédő mouzt.

Délután 5 órakor kezdődött a magyar szurkolók által legjobban várt meccs, a GAMERZONE és az MIBR összecsapása. Ez volt az első meccs, ahol mind a három pályára szükség volt, hiszen a GZ brutálisan jó játékkal nyerte meg Infernot, amire aztán az MIBR nem csak Trainen, de Mirage-on is válaszolni tudott. A brazilok nyerték a mérkőzést, de a magyar játékosoknak így sincs min szomorkodniuk, derekasan helytálltak a brazilok ellen, holnap pedig minden esélyük megvan még a továbbjutásra.

A csoportkör első napjának zárásaként pedig az A csoport első meccseinek két nyertese, a Tricked és a mouz csapott össze. A karrigen irányította csapat választása Dust2-re esett, ahol annak rendje és módja szerint egy brutális támadó oldalt követően (12-3) már nem engedték ki a kezükből a győzelmet. Végül 16-10-re tudták megnyerni a pályát.

Nuke-on folytatódott a küzdelem, ahol a mouz kezdhetett az általában előnyösebbnek mondható CT oldalon. Ennek ellenére a Tricked remekül játszott az első játékrészben és támadó oldalról 6 kört tudott hozni, ami a két félidő között több, mint elégnek tűnt. A dánok CT oldala viszont nem volt túl rózsás, sőt, meglehetősen gyenge volt. Alig tudták növelni a köreik számát, ezzel a szemben a mouz szinte zsinórban húzta be a köröket. A lendület azonban nem tartott tovább 4 körnél, végre összeállt a dán védelem és 13-6-ról végül megtudták fordítani a pályát és 16-14-re nyerték azt meg.

Jöhetett a mindent eldöntő pálya, Mirage, amit a legtöbben már a mérkőzést megelőzően is a mouznak adtak.  Sokáig úgy is tűnt, hogy hamar pontot tehetünk a meccs végére, a "Tricked csoda" azonban aznap már negyedjére is megtörtént. 3-12-es félidő után 6-13-ra tudtak zárkózni, onnan pedig már a 15-1-5 sem okozott gondot a dánoknak. Dél a Virtus.pro, este pedig a mouz ellen hozták vissza a pályákat hatalmas hátrányból. Ráadásul hosszabbításból is kettőre volt szükség, hogy végre 22-20-as Mirage-t követően a mouz nyerhesse meg a mérkőzést.

Óriásit játszik eddig a Tricked a V4FSF keretein belül, és bár a mouztól fájó vereséget szenvedtek, a negyeddöntőkbe már így is biztosítani tudták a helyüket. Ma folytatódik a küzdelem, amit a v4futuresports csatornán angol, az esporthucs csatornán pedig magyar nyelven követhetsz.

Yesterday concluded the first day of the V4 Future Sports Festival. The teams played four matches in the first day of the group stage. Mousesports successfully beat E-RIVALS and Tricked to take the first position in group A and advanced to the semi-finals. The game againts the Czech opponent was much easier, even if mouz "slept trough the first half of Dust2" as woxic told us in a post-match interview. In the evening though, they were well awake against Tricked but still couldn't close out the maps in the first halves. After some nail biting comebacks the series concluded in a classic fashion: with a double OT win to the invited mousesports.

In the first match of the day Tricked beat Virtus.pro easily in a 2-0 series and the Hungarian team, Gamerzone.gg tried to show up against MiBR. One can argue they did it almost perfectly because GZ took the first map Inferno from a struggling brazilian team then played surprisingly well on Train. Mirage was a bit different though, MiBR had the map under control the whole time and torzsi's spectacular AWP shots just wasn't enough.

Virtus.pro - Tricked eSports

The first match of the day was an intresting one. Tricked won the european qualifier and seemed much stronger than the invited Virtus.pro who had little to no time to prepare in the last month. Virtus.pro picked Mirage while the Danish side voted for Nuke. At one point the polish side were leading 13-5 against Tricked but they came back hard and strong. With dominant plays from Bubzkji they won the map in 30 round, 16-14.

Next up it was Nuke. Before Mirage almost everyone thought that Tricked will win this map. After a well executed T side, it was a child's play to take the CT side too. 16-8, Tricked took the first series 2-0. After the matches one of the newest member of Tricked, roeJ and the young rifler of Virtus.pro, phr gave us some thoughts on the series.

Mousesports - E-RIVALS

After the first match we followed trough with group A the czech team E-RIVALS got one of the toughest match ups they had to fight against mousesports who is not just the probable winner of the tournament but the title defender too. Mousesports picked Dust2 while E-RIVALS went for Inferno. The first half of Dust2 was clunky to say the least and E-RIVALS won the T side. After that mousesports just suddenly woke up and without hesitation they went for a 9-0 streak and won the map 16-8. Surprisingly the second map was much closer, the teams fought head-to-head but in the 26th round mousesports took full control and won the map 16-13 and the series 2-0. After the matches woxic and conoR gave us an interview.

Gamerzone.gg - MiBR

In the opening match of group B the Hungarian team even surprised their own fans with a dominant Inferno win. They played fearless while TACO just couldn't play he's best. Of course, the hungarian team picked Inferno because MiBR have a really bad record on the map but on Train and Mirage, they just wouldn't let go. On Train kNg and fer was much needed to tie the series. The lack of experience came online in Mirage for the Hungarian side they were a bit tired and made a lot of mistakes against a really well playing fer and FalleN. After all MiBR won the series 2-1 but they praised the Hungarian players especially their young AWPer, torzsi. After the series the IGL of Gamerzone, hussaR and the IGL of MiBR, FalleN meet the press.

Mousesports - Tricked

The last match of the day was a long one. The two winner of group A clashed in a spectacular series. In every map it seemed mousesports is much stronger than the opponent but somehow the danish guys always found a way to comeback even after a 13-2 half. In the first map mouz took Dust2 again and they played very well on T side. This time the 12-3 start was too much for Tricked and they lost 16-10. The second map was Nuke, it seemed like the series going to end here. In the second half mouz lead the match 13-6 but somehow HUNDEN and the crew pulled a miracle comeback and won the map 14-16.

The decider was Mirage and the first half was a repeat of the Dust2 incident. Mouz took a huge lead in the first half but their T side was questionable to say the least. After a 13-2 half, Tricked somehow tied the series and forced two OT out of mouz. In one point we could've sweared they going to win it all,but ropz superb performance helped mousesports to glory. They won Mirage 22-20, and the series 2-1.
